After School Program
Children and teens with disabilities need many things – not the least of which is time each day to socialize with peers and enjoy appropriate, supervised recreation. Parents and guardians of these children also need the peace of mind that comes with knowing that when they are unable to be present, a dedicated staff of skilled adults is ensuring the safety of their family member.
Living Resources’ After School Program (ASP) provides supervised recreational activities to students at eight program sites throughout the Capital/Saratoga Region. The young people in the ASP enjoy a variety of activities, and look forward to the opportunity to socialize with their peers after their school day.
What are the ages served by the ASP?
Children and adolescents from five years old through age twenty-one are able to participate.
The ASP runs from September through June, following the host school district’s calendar of operation.
