Now celebrating its 20th year, Living Resources Culinary Cornucopia is the Capital Regionís premiere culinary event, featuring the creations of top chefs from the areaís finest restaurants and catering establishments.













 

A prestigious day-long competition based upon the stringent international guidelines of the American Culinary Federation (ACF), the Culinary Cornucopia provides a showcase for individual skill, techniques and style to the accomplished chefs who accept the challenge of having their abilities scrutinized by the certified judges of the ACF.

 

 

 

The goals of the competition are to raise the standards of culinary excellence and professionalism, to promote camaraderie and educational opportunities among chefs, and to act as a staging area for research and development of culinary trends and concepts

 

 
 


Following the competition, over 500 guests enjoy an evening of remarkable beauty and epicurean delight, in exotic and spectacular settings, reflecting the individual style of each chef. Guests return year after year to sample gourmet cuisine from the participating restaurants in the lavishly decorated ballroom.

The evening also features wonderful silent and live auctions, magnificent raffle items and salons where guests can sample fine coffees, teas, mixed drinks and pastries.

 


Tickets to this elegant evening are $150.
All proceeds support Living Resources life-enhancing programs for people with disabilities.
